Weight Loss Consultations
New Patient Consultation
Nurse
Practitioner
- Weight Loss or Hormones: $149
- Combined Weight Loss + Hormones: $249
New Patient Consultation
Physician (Dr. McCormick)
- Weight Loss or Hormones: $250
- Combined Weight Loss + Hormones: $400
Follow up visits are $99 with a nurse practitioner and $150 with Dr. McCormick. Most patients follow-up monthly at first, then gradually space them out as they progress towards their goals.
Weight Loss Medications
We prescribe both FDA-approved and compounded medications.
- Available through trusted, well-vetted compounding pharmacies
- Pricing starts at $150 per month but varies depending on the pharmacy, shipment method, and dose level
- We always keep you on the lowest effective dose that works for your body and goals
- Patients often find compounded medications to be a more affordable alternative to brand-name GLP-1s
- FDA-approved options such as Wegovy, Zepbound, Contrave, and Qsymia may also be prescribed when appropriate
- Phentermine (Adipex) is available for eligible patients but requires an in-person visit
- Pricing for FDA-approved medications depends on pharmacy costs and insurance coverage
Hormone Therapy
Pellet Therapy (Madison clinic only)
- Women: $400 per insertion
- Men: $700 per insertion
- Price includes insertion and follow-up labs
- First set of labs (required at initial consult): approximately $130, depending on what’s ordered
- Pellets are typically placed every 3–4 months
Other Hormone Therapy
- Bioidentical hormone therapy pricing varies depending on medication and delivery method (oral, creams, patches, injections). Costs will be reviewed at your consultation.
Wellness Services
Vitamin Injections
- Vitamin B12: $20 per injection
- Lipo-B (Lipoject): $25 per injection or 4 for $80
- Vitamin D: $30 per injection
Body Composition Scans (SECA)
- Walk-in patients: $50 per scan
- Active PrecisionMD patients: Free, included in your program
IV Therapy & Peptides
- Pricing will be posted when services launch
Telemedicine Pricing
Telemedicine visits are the same price as in-office visits. Please note:
- Controlled substances (such as phentermine and testosterone) cannot be prescribed via telemedicine.
- Non-controlled medications and follow-ups may be eligible for virtual visits.
Frequently Asked Questions
Are labs included in the consult price?
No. Lab costs are separate. If you’ve had basic labs done in the last 6–12 months, we can use those. Otherwise, we can order them for you at affordable cash prices or through insurance.
Will insurance cover any of these services?
We do not bill insurance directly for consultations or office visits. However:
- We can provide a superbill you may submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.
- Some medications and lab work may be covered by your insurance.
